Vienna Lager style, brewed using lightly toasted Pilsen malt. The result is an amber colored beer, with the refreshing flavor of a lager, revealing slight hints of the caramelization of the malt.
Goes well with less seasoned cheeses, like Gouda and Steppe. Goes well with sausages. Eisbein is also a great option.
