Made with malt toasted by ourselves, and no addition of colorant, Falke Bier Ouro Preto is a German Schwarzbier. The aroma reveals hints of coffee, as well as the taste, combined with a hint of chocolate.
The name is a tribute to the historical city of Ouro Preto (means "Black Gold"), for its significance to Minas Gerais state and to brazilian culture. The label shows the shape of São Francisco Church and Itacolomi Peak, main landmarks of the city.
