December 1988

The first 260 bottles are brewed - 2 home beer brewing kits, by Marco Antonio Falcone, in the family's country house. The initial brand was "Cirvizia Aquila", as the label elaborated at that time and copied with Xerox machines. The beer was made for the consumption of the own family. After the bottle refermentation, the beer was chilled in vertical position and served in pitchers, to avoid mixing the yeast, because people were not familiar with cloudy beers.

   


April 2000

Begins a sequence of 4 years of Marco Falcone's travels to Europe, where many microbreweries are visited.

   

June 2003

Brothers Marco Antonio, Juliana and Ronaldo Falcone conclude plans for the set up of a microbrewery, with commercial purposes next to the family's country house.

November 2003

Falcone brothers start visiting microbreweries and equipment manufacturers. The chosen supplier is Mec Bier, from Pompéia, SP, Brazil.

   

December 3, 2003

Begins the construction of the building where Falke Bier is located.

   

December 12, 2003

Marco Falcone travels to Fortaleza, CE, Brazil, to know the Lupus Bier microbrewery and to meet its brewmaster Evandro Jadir Zanini, who is hired to start up Falke Bier.

   

February 26, 2004

Equipment arrival, assembly and first tests.

   

April 23, 2004

Tasting of the first Falke Bier, even if still on tests.

   

From April to June 2004

Tasting groups of 15 to 20 people to prove Falke Bier Pilsen and improve its taste.

   

June 28, 2004

First appearance of Falke Bier Draught in the market, at the award-winning bar "Mercearia Lili". This was the official beginning of Falke Bier microbrewery.
